we slacked there til abt 4am... and we headed home! =D i swear im tired toTHEmax tt night..

been sleeping less for e past 2nights.. gosh.. merely abt 5hrs daily.. and last saturday night i slept @ 5plus..

its a very sensitive area where it canot be massage or "tui".. achillies tendon is a very weak nerve.. e more u work on it.. e more painful it affects u.. once e achillies tendon stretched to much. it might lead u paralised.. =(

As we age, our tendons can degenerate. Degeneration means that wear and tear occurs in the tendon over time and leads to a situation where the tendon is weaker than normal

do not drink cold water.. keep it warm @ all times.. do not wear heels.. wear a ankle guard when needed..
